I've used elenasmodels for a while, not surprisingly the majority are fake, but I have met 3 Russian women off it who live in the EU. And one from Moldova who I'm now engaged to, yet she has not interest in comming to the UK!! but luckly for me my company has work in the region, it just takes a little time and effort to be aware of the scammers, especially when your membership is near expired you get countless letters from ladies! it's a good ploy on their behalf, business is business.
Like most sites, i've tried many just beaware.

Elena Petrova (elenasmodels.com and womenrussia.com) is committing fraud and defamation of other agencies on her site as well as lying to men about the women on her site. Everyone knows about it.
She is also closely alligned with Spencer Forrest of rwguide.com who is currently being sued by firstdream.com in Texas for libeling that company as well just like Elena Petrova does from Australia.
